Refund Policy

Subscription Fee Refund Policy: No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Following cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the service to the end of your current billing period. In extenuating or unusual circumstances, we may, using our discretion, provide a partial refund, discount, or other consideration to members, but our providing such accommodations in one instance does not entitle members to such accommodations in the future, even in similar circumstances.

Marketplace Refunds: No Refunds. Any purchases made from the Marketplace library will not be eligible for a refund because VideoBlocks does not collect commission from sales of the Marketplace purchases and all funds are transferred to the contributor.  
If you experience a technical defect with a purchased file please contact us within 3 business days, so that we may assist you in troubleshooting the issue. If we do not hear from you within 3 business days from the date of the purchase the options for issuing a refund will be limited. 

We can not issue you a refund if you do not want to use a clip that has already been purchased. Please preview the content and review all of the provided information before making a purchase.

Overdraft Fees and Currency Exchange Fees: VideoBlocks is not responsible for any overdraft fees or foreign currency exchange fees that were incurred due to membership enrollment.
