I accidentally upgraded to a premium subscription. Can I be issued a refund?

We have a no-refund policy (check out our no-refund policy here), but we are able to make rare exceptions based on the date of the charge, any downloads or access to the premium features since the charge occurred. Please contact your support rep if you would like to be issued a refund.
