Cancelling Account

There are two ways to cancel your account. You may cancel on your own on the site, or you may contact us by phone or email and we can cancel the account for you.

To cancel your account on your own, go to "My Account" at the top of the page. Then scroll down to the "Your Subscription'" section. In the "Your Subscription" section there is a box that says "Manage My Account," which you will need to click on. Once you click on "Manage My Account" you will be taken to a new page and on the left hand side in blue you will see "Cancel My Account." 

You will need to click on "Cancel My Account' and once you have done that the page will reload and you will be asked to check a box confirming that you are cancelling the account as well as give a reason why you are cancelling. You MUST check the box as well as select a reason why you are cancelling before clicking on the "Cancel Subscription" button or the cancellation will not go through. When you have submitted all of the required information and click "Cancel Subscription" you will be taken to a new page which will say "Cancellation successful" and there will be a survey provided. 


Due to specific types of usage, on rare occasions, some customers may be asked to call to cancel their account so that we can receive their feedback about the service. If calling is not convenient, feel free to submit a support request.  

Once your account is successfully cancelled a cancellation confirmation email will be sent to the email address that was used to register the account. Please ensure you receive this email to document the cancellation of your account.

Please note that canceling your account will not automatically issue a refund. Typically, our subscriptions are non-refundable. For more information, check out our refund policy.


MOBILE BROWSER USERS: Please note that canceling your account online must be done through a desktop browser, or by contacting support. Our current mobile site does not support cancellations.
